Deferred Action Applications are OUT

Applications are finally out at USCIS’ website HERE, however applications will begin to be accepted tomorrow.

Some important information to know:

PLEASE REMEMBER Just because USCIS will start accepting deferred action applications tomorrow doesn’t mean you have to submit you application tomorrow! Take your time and make sure you meet and have ALL the required documents! It would also be advisable to see an immigration lawyer.

If you get denied the first time, you can REAPPLY, but you will have to pay all of the fees again and provide necessary documentation. Still, it is very important to get all of the required documentation right the first time.

Stay tuned for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Workshops coming soon to an area near you in Arkansas! We are working to make these happen and help you with your application process. We will be conducting phone banks and keep our calendar as updated as possible, so please have all your documents ready for the day.
