Who We Are

Arkansas Coalition for DREAM (ARC4D)  is a statewide immigrant youth-led organization working to achieve equal access to higher education in Arkansas. We focus on educating our youth to empower them,  we focus on raising our immigrant students’ graduation rates, we advocate for the passage of the DREAM Act at a state and national level. We also provide students and educators with the necessary resources to help each and everyone of our students, reach their DREAMs.

Our Mission

The Mission of the Arkansas Coalition for DREAM is to educate, graduate and advocate for Arkansas’ youth. We believe in equality for all persons, regardless of immigration status, race, gender, sexual orientation or color. We aim to achieve equal access to higher education by creating opportunities for our youth, through one on one trainings, leadership development and actively organizing and advocating in our local communities. We are endowed to the advocacy and passage of the DREAM Act at a statewide and nationwide level. We DREAM of an Arkansas where all human rights are equal and ALL young people collectively realize their full potential and have access to higher education and the opportunity to contribute to this country; by becoming fully engaged in every aspect of society that affects their lives.
